PETER Y. HONG – Mr. Hong is a founding partner of Hong & Mashal, LLP. He is a member of the California State Bar and has been admitted to the United District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Hong obtained his BL in finance from National Chung Hsing University, and his MBA in finance from Central Missouri State University. Mr. Hong obtained his juris doctor (J.D.) and his masters of law in taxation (Tax LL.M.) from Loyola Law School. Mr. Hong is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the State of Washington. Prior to entering his legal career, Mr. Hong obtained extensive experience working as a financial auditor, and as executive management of trading companies. Mr. Hong practices in the areas of business law, estate planning, tax planning and controversies, asset protection, Mr. Hong is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese languages.
 ROBIN MASHAL – Mr. Mashal is a founding partner of Hong & Mashal, LLP. He is a member of the California State Bar, and has also been admitted to the bars of U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, U.S. District Court for Central District of California, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He obtained his bachelor of science in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He obtained his juris doctor (J.D.) degree from Loyola Law School, where he was a production editor of the Loyola Entertainment Law Review and was also placed on the Dean’s Honor List. Mr. Mashal is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Culver-Marina Bar Association and Greater West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Mashal practices in the areas of business law, business litigation, real estate litigation, He is fluent in English and Farsi, and has limited command of the Spanish language. Mr. Mashal is active in the community, and in his spare time enjoys hiking.
